EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

The welfare of our clients is a priority on our tours, and we  have systems in place to manage emergency situations. 

At the start of each tour, our tour guides provide a safety briefing and issue EMERGENCY CARDS to guests. These cards detail what emergency protocols.

In the event of an emergency and the guide has not been incapacitated: 

In the event of an accident or emergency and your tour guide and or driver is incapacitated:

  • Advise the call centre of LOCATION and NATURE OF INCIDENT.
